What does a typical engagement look like?
Most engagements start with a 2-week strategy phase where we define your category, audience, and the one thing your technology does that nothing else can. From there I lead messaging, brand, and website work in 6-10 week sprints. You get an embedded marketing partner without the agency markup, and the work ships in production - not a deck.
How do you price?
Fixed-scope projects for branding and websites. Monthly retainer for ongoing strategy and messaging work. I publish ranges before our first call so there are no surprises. Most B2B technology engagements land between $25K and $80K.
Do you work with early-stage companies?
Yes - some of my best work was at Seed and Series A. The earlier we lock in positioning, the less you spend later un-doing the wrong story. If you have a deck and 3+ paying customers, we have enough to work with.
Who owns the work when we are done?
You do, fully. All source files, design assets, and copy are yours. I leave you with documentation your next hire can pick up without me on a call.
How do we get started?
